This platform (“Site”) is owned by Recollect Limited, and the content is owned by Auckland Grammar School (referred to in these Terms of Use as “we”, “us” or “our”). The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our Site.
Your use of this Site is governed by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). By accessing and browsing this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please take a moment to read and understand these Terms.

You may access this Site and its contents for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may access, view, reproduce and print the content on this Site provided you:

    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that you have breached the Terms, we consider it necessary due to technical or security issues, we are required to do so as a matter of law, or we consider it necessary to do so for any other reason. We will endeavour to give you notice in advance of any such suspension or termination. If your account is suspended or terminated, you will be restricted from accessing any member-restricted area of the Site.

Controlling your personal information

If you request a correction to your personal information and we agree that your personal information needs correcting, an amended record of your personal information will be provided back to you. If we do not agree to your request for a correction, you have the right to provide us with a statement of correction sought, and request that we attach to your information a statement of correction sought but not made. 
We will process your requests promptly. We may need to ask you to verify your identity so we can process your request.
